I really think it shouldn't cost anything. But I would wear a condom.

agree with post above, but would we be limited to just twice per day (commute)? can we still get the all day pass? It would be great for tourists - like major cities in Europe - the SEA-SLUT CARD - access to all day SLUT rides and free samples at the Fish-Market, and all museums (are there any?!?) in the area!
